★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in to see Emma for my nails and a lash lift and acrylics for my birthday the day after. I was left waiting for 10 minutes in an empty store with no covid code, and it was clear I wasn’t a priority. Emma was rough on my nails, made my fingers bleed, and the finished product was very uneven and the SNS acrylics were so thick on my nails bed it looked like the ‘100 layers’ trend. There was no change in my lashes after she ‘lifted’ them, and at the time I was too polite to say anything. I requested that she fixed the issue, in which she said she would, but never made another appointment with me. I then requested a refund and I’ve been trying to chase her up for it. I’ve now had to contact Afterpay for my money back. My partner proposed on my birthday and my beautiful ring was paired with ‘goopy’ nails. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I think she better then another place I went to because. I will never Emma's business. Keep up the great work you do Emma. Thank you again for the amazing job that you did on my nails.
