★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fantastic replica of a 50's diner. Wonderful service. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The eggs were overcooked, the buns appeared to have been heated up in a microwave and the food was mostly overcooked.
Absolutely fantastic car museum. Definitely worth the $10 per adult entry fee. Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came through here Nov last year. Service was incredible, I asked for a banana milkshake and they didn't have that on the menu but the amazing lady went and winged it and made something up for me and it was one of the best I've ever had.
They went over and above to make us comfy and give us a good experience. Will definitely be back when we're in this neck of the woods

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bernie's is an amazing place with real 50s and 60s styling and music. Its worth a trip to get real food with the most friendly staff. You can even take some merch back with you or some nostalgic decoration pieces from their little shop.

HUGE portions (and I say that as an American!)
Really tasty American-diner-style food
Pumpkin pie lattes were delicious!
Quick, warm, friendly service
As you've seen in the pictures, an incredibly specific and gorgeous retro aesthetic
Cons:
Serious: it's impossible to socially distance at all if you're in a booth and someone sits at the adjacent booth. The booth walls are shoulder height, so you're basically sitting with your head about a foot from a stranger's head. Another group was seated at the adjacent booth near the end of our meal, and as we're still being somewhat cautious and there was no reasonable way to maintain any distance after that point, I left the booth quickly with my last several bites unfinished. Maybe this isn't an issue for you, but it's something to be aware of in case you want to socially distance for now!
Trivial: the yolks in my eggs benedict poached eggs were set basically all the way through. ? Sad! (But the sauce was so good it made me almost forget the overcooked yolks.)
