Our Story
Frustrated with what they saw as a gap in the Auckland door market for more sophisticated door sets, three guys over a cold beer decided there was an opportunity to do things better. Armed with a strong knowledge of doors and only a few dollars in the bank, a bold and courageous decision was taken to start up a door manufacturing business. And so it was, Best Doors Limited was born. That was 1979.
Today, with more than 40 years in the industry, Best Doors Limited has an enviable reputation as a leading manufacturer of commercial, fire and residential doors across Auckland and the North Island. With over 400 years combined service within our team, we have the experience to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations. The door was good quality though. If i didnt need one in a hurry, i definitely would have looked for someone with better customer service.
