★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's our fave little go to every Sunday after our RPM sesh at the gym across the road. The bagels are out of this world amazing (highly recommend the boss hog) and coffee has always been good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey you, yea you, why are you NOT at Best Ugly Bagels. Yea you heard that right.....Best Ugly Bagels. Been eating bagels a long time and have never came across such excellent bagels. They are made fresh right in this location and it's worth the visit just to watch the process take place. After the show be sure to order some coffee (excellent) and of course some bagels or bagels sandwiches. We loved the P.B.J (peanut butter and jelly) and the Boss Hog was also excellent. Thank you staff and bakers (shout out to the barista) for an excellent overall food experience. And Auckland you need a bagel day or night theses are you guys and gals, so go now you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow - My yodi (pastrami with cheese, mustard and pickel) was superb! Freshly made bagels and great toppings. Easily the best bagel experience I've had and great service. They are expensive and I was feeling like I could have eaten another one, so it would not be an "everyday" bagel.

The two star rating is for the poor customer service! I understand they are very busy, but that is not an excuse for one of the staff members taking orders behaving like he had a personal vendetta with me or something.
Also, I see they don’t package their Uber Eats orders properly. The drinks need to be bagged. Makes life easier for the drivers, and more peace of mind for the eater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly never do reviews on here but I had to do it for this place. I went to this place for the first time with my friend she ordered her bagel before me and I was right after her and she ended up getting her bagel quite a lot before me but it was okay because I thought mine was just taking longer because I ordered the bagel gluten-free.
Anyways after a while waiting, a extremely sweet guy who I thought might of been the manager or owner but I’m not too sure came up asking what my order name was and said he was going to check on it for me, but as soon as he was going to do that my bagel was ready for me.
He was still so sweet and apologised for the wait and gave me a free bag of bagels then the guy who took my order said to him she’s gluten-free ? and they got me a bag of gluten-free bagels instead.
Honestly it made my day and they were all so sweet, the atmosphere was awesome and the bagels were the best like always, I can’t wait to go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No better way to start your day than with a salmon bagel and iced coffee from Best Ugly. I normally go into the store but purchased through Uber Eats and I’m impressed at how well the food travels, tastes perfect!
