BestStart Botany Junction is a brand new early learning centre. The centre provides quality education and care for children aged between 2 to 5 years old.
About BestStart Botany Junction
We are a New Zealand-owned charity with preschools, kindergarten (kindy), Montessori and early-childhood home-based services nationwide.
BestStart has over 260 early childhood centres from Whangarei to Invercargill. All our centres use the New Zealand curriculum Te Whāriki, preparing children for their formal education at school. Our trained teachers support children to belong, thrive and achieve through the world-recognised philosophy of learning through play.
Our commitment to every parent ensures every child is cared for and supported in a warm, friendly and positive environment. We have excellent staff-to-child ratios, with qualified and caring teachers, quality equipment, toys and a safe and attractive learning environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had transitioned from three different centers. This is the favorite one that she has ever been to. I could see how she loves her center from her big smile while I pick her up. Sometimes on the weekend morning, She asks me if she could go to the center today? It has been her happy place as well as have been so much more than just a kindy.

I am so happy and proud that my child has finally settled after 3 months. I am so thankful to the teachers for their patience, love and care they have for my son. You all are truly amazing. I’m glad I made the right decision enrolling my son to BestStart. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say when you find a daycare centre, you have to take into consideration your maternal instinct. With this centre, i found it very relaxing and calming straight away from viewing. My son has learned a lot and has become more social and talkative thanks to his teachers and new found friends. I can truly see how much they took care of him and its sad to move him to another centre. Only thing is they dont take kids that are under 2. And with a baby on the way, it is what we have to do. I hope we can transition him to a centre with the same care as this one. Thankful to all his teachers (Cindy, Ahuti, Inise), and other members of the team, previous and current. Know that we are forever grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son will be leaving for school soon. We thoroughly enjoyed his time at this centre. Right from when we were hunting for ECE, as we were new in flatbush. They (among all the ECE's we applied to) were the furthest from where we lived, but were still the most responsive, even though it was during lock down.
We were not totally sure if they, at the centre would be able to meet up with our sons needs, as he's got special needs, but the staff at this center exceeded our expectation. He has been thoroughly supported, and while at the center, he has built on, and achieved a lot of milestones, which I know wouldn't have been possible without the support of his teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teachers at best start botany junction are amazing, highly experienced and made each day at the centre a wonderful experience for my boys.
My boys have been with this centre ever since it opened and even though they have now moved on to primary school, their early education centre remains close to their heart.
Shaista and all the teachers are doing an amazing job (thank you for that) and according to my younger son there is no better cook than Firusa ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good Center. All the teachers are nice and lovely . My son went to there since he was 3 years old. He loves all the teacher in the Center and really enjoy the food provided in the center too. He starts primary school this year and still want to goback and visit when we drive pass the center.
Highly recommend!

Such a great and inspiring centre for my boy! Teachers are patient and professional for his individual learning and development. I love the way they communicate with the parents and children. And different various activities that benefited my boy a lot. We are very grateful. Highly recommend!!
