★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond Radiology were excellent, professional and kind, I am very happy to recommend them.
I posted the first part of this review after my first visit to Beyond (about a month ago), since then I have had a further three procedures with them (5in total now). I have continued to find their service excellent, they continue to be professional but also so kind, but I think the most important thing is I always felt safe. Thank you Beyond for making this process so less frightening than it could have been. Thank you to all the staff, you are all amazing.

I had four X-rays, an ultrasound and a cortisone injection this afternoon.
What a wonderful experience - so professional and cortisone injection was painless due to the care of the radiographer and her ultrasound scans followed by the care of the radiologist who decided to get an X-ray of my hand first just to be sure. Appreciate the thoroughness and care given.
After that he gave my hand an anaesthetic first making sure it had worked before giving me the cortisone injection.
They were also kind and caring when I burst into tears because I missed having my recently deceased Dad there to support me - what a sook ah!
Being needle phobic I would therefore totally recommend Beyond Radiology in Grafton - just superb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience. Immediate response for calls and emails - unlike some other facilities, I will skip the name here. Booking is arranged in two days. Very thorough scans by friendly staff. Real client focused approach, and no extra cost for ACC covered injuries, again unlike the other radiology facility which charges heaps extra in addition to ACC cover!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent team. The nurses are friendly and provide guidance throughout the process. The specialists are very helpful, knowledgeable and calm. Felt at ease. Their Covid-19 restrictions and procedures are so thorough. Great team and excellent care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 4 stars because I was not informed that there was a surcharge which was made effective in April until I was at my appointment. I told the receptionist about it and she was adamant that I paid because she already asked her manager “Jen”. Not even sure if she did even ask to be honest… not really happy with the way she handled the situation. Everything else was great, really nice new clinic. I think her name was Emily? She booked my appointment and was really friendly and helpful.
