β β β β β Had a private drainage job done by him. Price is average. Communication needs improvement. You do need to constantly chase up work and require to resolve problem yourself if you want to fasten the process for example chasing up supplier. Job was done alright.

β β β β β Not experience on reading plans and knowledge of nowadays council stormwater requirements. My plans says connecting a rain tank with recycle rain tank water for toilet and laundry tap but he fails to read the plans with the recycle water part and only connect the rain tank straight to the storm water pipe. Need to constantly chase up work and communication was bad. Certificate was not provide after work if you don't ask for it. No explanation on missing the recycling rain tank water and try to avoid talking to us about it further more. Would probably only suitable for doing small plumbing job.
