There is a powerful religious backbone to this organization. They keep it subtle, but if you start asking the right person there is a lot of depth to there teachings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm totally fascinated with the concept of Bhakti Lounge. They offer a variety of courses and the place is wonderfully designed. The people there are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I took part in the beautifully performed kirtans, which brought me into ecstasy. If I go to Wellington again, I'll definitely visit Bhakti Lounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go, Yoga and then delicious vegan meals to boot! All prepared with love on site by the dedicated team there. As an aside, its a rare opportunity to share a meal with new people. Very cost effective, loving atmosphere and friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this place enough to someone new to yoga, as I was few weeks ago. I got the one month membership to check out most of the classes and now have found the ones I would love to stick with. The yoga teachers are amazing and exceptionally skilled and classes are very inclusive with diverse range of teaching style and pace. I would really recommend anyone who is on the fence with yoga, to check this place out and have a chat with one of the yoga instructors or yoga students. If someone as inflexible as me can begin to become more and more flexible as weeks go by, I am sure there is hope for everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im posting about the weekend yoga retreats in Otaki that Bahkti Lounge offer from to time. The location is perfect with a stunning view and surroundings. The food is yummy and healthy! I have been twice and cant wait for the next one! Its a nice thing to go to alone or with friends, everyone that attends is super lovely. This is Ellie , I seem to have my friends login on my laptop still! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from New Plymouth 3 times to experience the Otaki retreat and its always well worth the trip! A relaxing weekend where you can participate as much or as little as you want. Meditation, yoga, wisdom sharing, kirtan, bush walks, river swims and ohhhh the vegan food. I always feel so welcomed, cared for and nourished physically and spiritually. Bless all of the wonderful Bhakti Lounge whanau that create such a welcoming, generous, loving and fun experience. Can't recommend enough?
