★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent. Needed a bed for my son for university in another city. They worked hard to find a suitable bed, not much available in timeframe required, but they didn't just say tough luck, they gave us options, were knowledgeable and were clear about the process and I could tell they were doing everything possible to get us the bed in time. Fingers crossed it will arrive in time. I truly appreciated the effort they put in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blonde lady behind the counter was so rude... they mucked me around.. got a bed for my elderly nana. She needed it to be able to go home from rest home.. the guy stated would be no more than 10 days... a month later i am there to pick it up and they were soooooo rude... will never be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up unit I'd waited 4 months for... had to go inside to be served as no-one was on the loading dock. When storeman came .. he was way less than friendly.
Won't be going back for awhile
