The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, we didn't feel hounded which was very much appreciated. Nothing worse than having someone in your face while you are just browsing.
As a side note.....expect delays on some items, unfortunately this is a side effect of COVID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Big Save. The only place I get my furniture. Would be even better if staff could speak and understand fluent English. I questioned a deal which "excluded every dày prices" and I found it difficult to understand the sales person, altho a very nice person she also misunderstood what I was asking.?
