Terrible service after purchase. Brought a bed frame for my 3 year old, faulty. The replaced with another faulty one. Still waiting refund 10 months after advising of fault. Also had to return bed which was a mission as didn’t fit in the car despite paying for delivery. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them due to horrific custom care post purchase

Very helpful sales assistant, mattress in a box for easy transport home. Good price and delivered to the car for loading. Very happy with purchase

Friendly and charming sales staff with what appears to be good products, unfortunately like many others posting recently the logistics and communication from this company is the worst I have ever experienced! In the modern age to not have tracking and automated order status updates is appaling but what makes it so much worse is the inability for this company to reply to an email or answer a phone call, let alone actually get an order delivered within a given time frame. I have waited patiently for over a month for a King size bed that I ordered online, where initially I wasn't even sent a confirmation order email with expected delivery date. I had to reach out to get this and got a call from a nice sales person in the Christchurch store who then scanned and sent me the order confirmation slip and delivery date. A month later I have not had a single update, the delivery date has come and gone and I still have no bed. I have tried calling the store several times, no one ever answers, have sent multiple emails asking for an update... no reply. Shop elsewhere people until BigSave is able to sort out their logistics and communication systems so we (including the sales team) aren't left wondering if the furniture we ordered might arrive one day months later than expected. *Edited to update, that the bed I ordered got delivered! (One Week late only) It is great and I want to acknowledge the sale team at this store for helping sort this out.

I bought and paid for 3 beds and another mattress at Christchurch Big Save furniture in February, moved into my new build on Good Friday and emailed the store to say I’d like my beds delivered. It’s now the 7th of May and I am still sleeping on the floor without any idea when the beds are going to arrive. The store has never returned my phone messages. The phone is not answered by a person, and even emailing Big Save directly hasn’t got a response. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I bought a bed online a month ago. I was told the delivery would be booked in for the 14th April which was fine. I took the day off and cancelled important appointments to be home. Bed never arrived. I called the Christchurch branch 4 times to see what was going on and I got told the same things you’ll hear from someone… well I haven’t heard from anyone, I’ve emailed, called, and just want to know where this bed is? My money has been taken and I have no product to show for it. Today no one is answering the phone at the Christchurch store and at this point I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere and get my product! Absolutely shocking.

Worst Customer Service. I came into the Christchurch shop on the 19th of March and paid for a couch I got told was in stock in another warehouse and they would have to send it into store and I would have my new couch within 2 weeks and I would get a phone call to say it had arrived. 3 weeks had past and I hadn't heard anything so I called multiple times until someone finally answered the phone to be informed that it hadn't arrived and to call back the next week. Another week had past and yet again I hadn't heard anything so I called back, to which they told me it still hadn't arrived. 5 weeks had past and I heard nothing. So I tried calling multiple times again until someone finally picked up the phone to be told they couldn't find the order and someone would call me later on in the day, No one called me back. 2 days past and no phone call. Me being beyond furious at this point tried to call again to be told that they never sent out a dispatch docket because "they have a new system and everything is very busy and I should see my new couch definitely in 2 weeks time". 7 weeks in total to wait for a couch that I have paid for and got told "2 weeks max" in the shop. I will not be shopping here AGAIN and I will be getting a full refund to shop some where else. Piece of advise from someone who works in customer service, learn to answer your phone!!

Popped in the other day to do some bed shopping. Was very impressed by one of the staff members there (can't quite remember a name!) who seemed to go out of his way to not only show the best fit bed but unlike some competitors best price... They didn't take us straight to the most expensive ? wide range of mattresses and lounge suites etc all at a great price. Will definitely be back when I'm in need of something else! Cheers team!

We ordered two bedside tables for my birthday about 6 weeks ago and have not heard anything about them since. We called roughly two weeks ago and asked where they were or if we could have any updates and they didn’t seem to know how to locate them and couldn’t give us any information. We were told that they would call us back within the next couple of days, which was fine, but then heard nothing. After other attempts to call them, no one has answered the phone and we have still not heard any updates. Definitely would not recommend. You are better off dealing with a company with good customer service.
