Your website is a window to your business. Don’t keep it up to date and invest in making it the best representation of your business that you can and it will potentially cost you sales. It is imperative that you make yourself easy to find online, but only commit to what you can handle – Social Media being a great example. It is better to do less, but do well, than do too much and do it poorly.

They promised a lot at the very beginning, I didn't even get 1 single phone call/text/email from my target market during the 6 months of their marketing campaign. I also learnt towards the end of the contract that they weren't even sure what my target market was.
Thank you for your reply. A few points to note,
- If your staff had genuine interest for my business to be successful, he could've suggested me getting a good landing page before taking my money and run the campaign. I had to bring up the topic myself after 3 months and then he agreed that I should pause the campaign and get a better landing page.
- Your staff had no idea what my target market was. I had been telling them from the beginning that I wanted to target sellers not buyers, but the ad words they put in had been for trying to attract buyers. I still had to correct them till the end of the 6 months contract. Yes you brought in clicks to my landing page, but those clicks are not from my target market, unless you have proof that they are?
- If you are proud of bringing in useless numbers and showing reports that don't mean anything, then good on you.
