Customer focused, they are accurate and effective in their work. Their service levels are consistantly high. Their connections are stable and provide massive bandwidth at very competitive prices. Consistantly well above 150MBytes/second download, even during busy times. I can honestly say they have revolutionised how I access all the online services I need, locked away at home during the pandemic. Their online portal for customer requests to their service desk is monitored and promptly responded to by Jacob and the team. Great professional commitment and focus. Could not be happier.

They were amazing in the delivery of service, never had any outages, it was seamless and their communications were customer focused. I would highly recommend them and hopefully they will have space for a returning customer as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved to a rural property so had to get rural internet (sadface). Wireless Nation has been exceptionally good to deal with! The modem was sent extremely quickly, the information on how to set it up was clear, and communication from start to finish was great. I haven't needed any additional assistance so cannot speak to that, but it certainly was a standout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect! So easy to set up and never any issues with reception- even right out in the country. 12V and 240V for the camper and I have replaced my home modem with this so a huge saving. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and effective service. Sent out all the bits and it was really easy to set up. They are really handy if you need any support and it does exactly what we needed it to. We have installed the modem in our Camper and are now connected where ever we go. If we can get a phone signal we have an internet connection. Marvellous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for wireless Internet over a year. The service is excellent. Recently our services stopped and the team sent a replacement model and aim overnight, and everything is back working again. We have had issues in the 'pipe' mostly when at a location with multiple other customers on WN it does seem services become quite slow due to the 'pipe' being too narrow in some spots, despite having full coverage. Thanks wireless nation we're happy customers!

Unfortunately the first modem we got was faulty so they couriered us a new one promptly and it's all going fine now. Recommend for response time, advice and not having to wait on the phone for hours for a real person. Well done.
