★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0800 number is not a helpful contact point for NZ at all. Unless i drive to your premises i dont see how to get hold of someone. No email no contact on a website contact numbers not answered. No customer service i guess....not cool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take customer complaints seriously & are very reluctant to offer any form of reimbursement. For such a large & highly profitable company it's incredibly disappointing, so drastic improvements needed asap. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of plastic this company uses is outrageous but worse still is they make their ™Dettol spray bottle difficult to get into for re-use. Took quite a few goes. Rethink your packaging because you're going to lose customers otherwise. PS: 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to contact. 0800 number goes to Australia consumer relations who give an Auckland number that is never answered. Was told by consumer relations that Rickett Benckiser NZ does not have an email address. Fancy that, an international company with no email address for its NZ branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distributor of Vanish Preen Oxi Action Fabric Stain Remover, I've now ruined 4 shirts and 1 woman's blouse with this product! I rang the distributor Reckitt Benckiser in Takapuna, rudest person on earth took my call but she must have experienced my drift over the phone, said that she will get someone to urgently call me back ... I'm waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complaint: Finish Power Powder Classic 2kg. Why have you changed the container?! It is now awkward & difficult to open (the previous lid was better) & when you tip it to pour the correct amount it pours everywhere. The new shape is NOT user-friendly!
Why can't you change it so when you tip the bottle it measures the perfect amount to do a load of dishes? I am so sick of it spilling everywhere, please go back to the old one or a more user-friendly one.
Oh, & when I tried to make the complaint on-line I filled in all of my details & received an error message: "Oops Page Not Found".
