★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic store very good spot lots of parking, friendly staff, good selection of products, we have now brought 3 paddle boards and one double kayak all inflatable, have had no issues
We are still looking at getting two more paddle boards yet and torpedo 7 ones will be our first option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Northlinks ability to answer the phone is beyond bad. I've tried to call over 20 times in the last 2 days and have yet to have a call answered. To find out where my item was after waiting over a month for it I had to ring head office and they had to ring them for me. What's the point in having a phone instore when it's never answered.

Bought a tent with a faulty zip. It took over 5 weeks to sort and get a refund.
●Multiple emails to you and no response!
●You guys never answer the phone!
●Four visits to the store before I was told I have a store credit sitting there.
Stuff ya, I'll take my money elsewhere!!!
The manager Steve complained about having staffing issues. Staff had excuses about the emails and phones not working. Anytime you go into the store, staff are standing around idle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience purchasing snowboard boots here. Brandon was very patience to ensure i got the right fitting boot, he spend more than an hour in adjusting and moulding the liner to ensure it fit well for me. Recommended place to look for snow gears!
