★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I will never be returning. I got sns on natural nails (which I’ve had multiple times). I asked the lady to file down as they were extremely bulky. She declined and said that it’ll make them to weak. I’ve never walked out of a salon with nails I’m genuinely embarrassed to show people but I did that day. Since having them done two of the nails have fallen off - anyone that’s had sns knows that they shout not come off easily, let alone fall off. It’s completely ruined my natural nail underneath that I’ve worked so hard to get strong. I’ve emailed the company but no response. So so disappointed with the quality, the service and the lack of acknowledgement of poor work.

Had sns nails and acrylic nails done here and both times lasted between 4-6 days. An appt was made to rectify the situation but the lady manager was so rude I decided to leave. She runs the place like
a factory and has zero customer service skills Would not recommend this hell hole to get nails done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YESTERDAY AFTERNOON I had SNS done by a woman with a ‘manager’ badge. ITS ALREADY FALLING OFF less than 24 hours later! I have been getting SNS done for the last 1.5 years and have never had a nail break!
I chose a colour that was see through, the technician let me know so I went to choose another colour. She came back a while later and said we could do a layer of white underneath to make it less see through, so I thought great plan. She finished and the colour is TERRIBLE - patchy in places and some areas have no colour at all but she did warn me it was see through - I think see through would have been better than this patchy mess!
My fingers burn every time I wash my hands as she filed all the skin surrounding each of my nails with both the drill and buffer. The shaping has been done poorly nails pointing to the side.
I will phone tomorrow and see if they will remedy this - if so I will update this review to reflect that. But for now I am very disappointed - do not recommend! My nails where nicer when I went in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hannah was very professional and attentive. I had the SNS powder dipped manicure. She was helpful and patient while I took forever choosing a colour. Very happy with the end result. A glass of bubbles was also an unexpected extra. Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is such a perfect place for me and my 5 year old daughter to come and bond. the owner and staff here are so welcoming and offer a service second to none. top quality. as a male the idea of coming to a place like this was alitle scary and nervous however those were quickly put at ease. now I have a fortnightly routine I can make memories with my daughter. I highly recommend this place and I encourage more men out there to give it a go. your daughter will love you for it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading the Google reviews of this place I was expecting great things, however since giving it a go today I know I will never go back.
I went in just wanting SNS on my natural nails.
During the appointment my technician asked if I wanted any nail art, she never mentioned that there would be an additional cost, so I said yes just so long as it was not to much hassle. Several times I told the technician not to worry about the art as I was running late, but she proceeded. After each finger she did I told her not to worry about doing anything more and that it was fine the way it was. Resulting in six fingers now having nail art.
As I'm waiting for my fingers to dry the manager comes over and tells me it will be $5 per finger for the art and made me feel very uncomfortable about the amount of time the technician spent with me. I explained that
I told the technician not to worry but it didn't make a difference.
Now I'm left with terribly done nail art, lumpy SNS, and my nails stuck to my skin. Complete waste of money from my experiences.
Also everyone around me was asked if they wanted a drink but for some reason I never was.
I feel like this place can provide great service, unfortunately this just didn't apply to me.
