★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly team, and got a free upgrade to a better Gazebo than purchased as my preferred colour wasn't in stock. One small error in a missing weight bag, but the team looked after me with that and promptly sent a replacement. Definitely a quality product and a good business to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the canopy ripped within 12 months of use, but after a number of conversations with Blackhawke Gazebos, they agreed that they would replace it under warranty. They have also since altered the design of the canopy to be stronger where it had ripped to prevent future issues. Well done for their response.
