★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever looking to buy something expensive and like to import, these guys have absolute knowledge about it. I tried to buy an sony a7iv at the beginning of this year. Every shop which i looked into told me to wait until 2 or 3 more months to get that in stock. But when i called this guys they told me 2 weeks and got my camera within 1.5 weeks. Special thanks to val as he mentioned each and every details about my product. Cheers guys.

Only criticism I would have is to make it more obvious it's like a parallel import place. It could have been due to my own negligence but I had no idea when purchasing that my product was from overseas. And not in stock. Therefore taking a lot longer than I expected to get to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an iPhone 11 and a lifeproof phone case from this company in mid September 2021. I had a great experience with my phone, and received it about 2 weeks after I ordered it. However, I then didn’t receive the phone case I ordered until late December, despite calling the company multiple times asking for an update and for it to be sent as soon as they received it from their suppliers. I always had a good experience with their customer service team, but rarely had a good result after the fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must take my hat off to this company, I bought a refurbished second hand phone from them, but unfortunately it had a fault, the sound was so quiet and not adjustable. Infotech made it simple to return , they repaired and sent back to me. To my disappointment it then had a home key fault. So I reported this to them, they really stepped up!. They offered me a better phone for a small additional charge, all courier cost covered. The phone I have now works perfectly and Infotech honored their promises all the way. I highly recommend purchasing phones etc. through this company, I will use the again for sure. Thank you for your excellent customer support.

I wanted a pixel 6 but they only had the pro in stock so ordered for pickup next week. Got called shortly after and they had a return due to not having the features the first buyer wanted. Got a discount on it and still have full 1 year warranty. Im happy as long as it works 100% fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing product! And really great price it was sold at!! The Lens (Sigma 24-70 Art series) is exceptionally sharp and have not had any dust issues as was earlier a known issue of this lens.
Expert Infotech has been my go to store for most things photography related and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely recommend this store and will definitely come back to increase my kit in the future! 10/10 would recommend.
