Location is nice and easily accessible by car or public transport.
Ample parking is available in the mall.
Separate entrance allows for shopping in the extended hours when the mall is closed.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Product variety and range is large and a lot of choice is available.
Click and collect is available too.
Highly recommended overall.

returned it for a replacement I was happy for a replacement but no they want to send it away and have it checked
When I bought it I didn't say to them let me take it home first and see if it works and if it works I'll pay you
NO I paid up first so I should have the right to have something that works instead of waiting for it to be checked
Especially at this time of the year knowing how slow freight couriers companies are not the first time I bought from Briscoes and had things not last long or not be working but thanks anyway for your service
You don't a side note I have bought things from other companies and they have not worked they replace it immediately with no hassle and no drama and no having to check it with the supplier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what it is about the store compared to the others but they always seem to be understaffed. Always long queues at the till, but mind you I only always go there when the sales so that’s probably not surprising. However I have only seen one or two people working at the tills during these times which I don’t think quite cut the mustard for big sales days like these.
