★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lovely place to stay overlooking the taupo lake. It's away from the city living and very quite surrounding. It's pretty dark in the night perfect for night sky photography. I used my time there to take some pictures and videos. Their sheep was a good add-on to the ambience of the cabin. Sure will go there back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This accomodation had a nice view on Lake Taupo and with some lovely sheep. The cabin itself was basic, small and due to a small boiler, we only had 3 minutes of hot water every shower.
We were here in summer and it was really warm inside and there was no bug protection at the windows, which made us decide to leave it closed, what does not help to decrease the temperature.
