★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible aftersales service. Tried several times to get a couple of extra slats. Tom even came and measured them, and then never did anything about it. I tried repeatedly to get I touch, the first time with success and I got an excuse that he had been busy. The following times he just didn't answer my calls or emails. Avoid this company.
