β β β β β One of my favourite shops in town. Staff are always attentive, chatty and lovely to deal with. Rings are reasonably priced and are all handmade by the owner who picks the gems by hand. Highly recommend a visit!

β β β β β Ordered a product from their online store. After waiting weeks with no movement on tracking, they provided me with three different tracking numbers and claimed they had no idea what had happened, but offered no solution or refund.
Three months later, I still have not received the item or the refund and they have stopped replying to my emails. Just lost my money. I would definitely avoid buying anything through their online store as you may not get the items and they will not offer a remedy.

β β β β β I appreciate this shop because it contains a lot of ethical clothing but I would like to see an even greater focus on natural materials. Every time synthetic materials are washed in a washing machine, plastic particles are released to pollute waterways and be ingested by marine life. Synthetic materials also shed plastic particles that we inhale which can lead to health problems. I don't think the manager knew this because she said synthetic materials are okay.
I don't like that online enquiries receive no response and there isn't enough product information on the website. Product information should include the materials a product is made of and online enquiries should receive a response.
I also don't like that one of the staff members stands too close when she wants to help. Personal space should be respected. It's okay to stand close to family, friends and colleagues but not strangers.
