★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried multiple times to close my credit card. Keep getting letters asking for more (currently outstanding balance is 6cents!) Even though I went in to this branch to pay it off directly. Have tried calling but waited 2 hours then hung up. Tried emailing but response says my email can't be replied too. Never banking with them again.
