Waited in line for 40 mins to get some cash out. I was spoken to once asking what I wanted. This is not acceptable customer service.

Terrible service here. Outside cash machine constantly broken not taking deposits. Only allowing 2 customers inside at a time, other stood outside in the rain for over 10 minutes. Can see a working ATM instide but they won’t let people in to use it.

Waiting for ages (20mints +)! to make a simple deposit, as only one person working on tellers...! Then one of the staff gave me a β€œdeposit slip” to fill up when they say they’ve β€œgone paperless” lol ?? Hot to teller the other staff said they don’t need slip... Get yourself together BNZ Wellington!

the staff is kind and helpful. the service is quite good however we have to wait at least 20/30 minutes. but while we waited we can see the view from up here, it's nice place.

Used to be OK but they cannot do seem to do anything these days. I tried to do a simple account change for my daughter's account a week ago (this was a simple 2 minute thing when I did it a year ago). After finding a time that we could both drive into the city and pay for parking etc, we were told that it required a 'banker' (even though a teller did it last time) and they do not have bankers in the branch any more, current excuse is the red light which does not seem to cause a problem in all the other retail outlets down Lampton Quay. We were told that we would need to send a secure message from internet banking to request a meeting. I am still waiting for a response, let alone a meeting. And even if I do get a response and appointment with a 'banker', I know that it will be such a hassle to provide ID documentation etc remotely compared with being in person in a branch. Time to find a new bank that is remotely interested in customer service.
