★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netgard card is bad idea. Worst bank security method. You loose the visa and netgard card, you loose everything. They can login to internet banking with netgard card easy. But, if you not bring your netgard card, which means you can only login with your phone which already setup. You can not log in from another device and computer for the account when your phone not with you. Bad idea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a home loan through BNZ otahuhu with Estee she made everything very easy to deal with and took her time with us as it was our first time buying a house. Our bank is ASB but BNZ were able to give us a better deal and more of a loan than asb were! We are thankful for all the help and time Estee spent with us and we are even considering changing banks. We also dealt with Masina in the beggining and she was just as great as Estee. The 5 stars is for both of them we didn't deal with any of the other staff! Thanks Estee and Masina!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest bankers ever! Be prepared to spend at least 40mins in line and another 30 mins for them to try sell you insurance. Went to withdraw money from a shared account and the teller assumed I was some scandalous woman trying to syphone out my husbands money and began asking very personal questions about why I am withdrawing the money and did my partner cancel my card. Unprofessional to say the least!
