★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys need to update closing times on Saturday. It says 5pm but came in at 1pm and it was closed. The official website side 12pm, it should all have one time so people don't get confused. Apart from that, usually good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're transferring large amounts of money, do your own research on what it takes to get your money from Samoa. We have wasted so much time trying to get the money and PE Otahuhu gave us no relevant information on terms and conditions, especially for ID. Pathetic.
