β β β β β Do NOT give this company your money! They prey on purchasers of cars on finance and sell overpriced insurance for the βmarket valueβ of your car. They do not want to know when a claim is lodged. They are rude and evasive on the phone and do not respond to emails. I then hired a professional insurance lawyer to deal with these clowns. Investigations show the director is under FMA investigation and they have a poor solvency rating. Iβve filed a complaint with the insurance ombudsman.

β β β β β Hands down, The WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with. Took nearly a month to get car back and mutiple phone calls. NEVER ever take insurance out with these guys. Different dsories and instructions from every person I rang. Quest Insurance YOU SUCK!!.

β β β β β Felt like a nincompoop when I rang thinking I had mechanical insurance and paying $27 wkly compared to other insurance , I feel hard done by. My vehicle has been sitting for 3months because Im trying to get funds to fix it. #covidmakeslifehell.
