★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID this moneygrabbing bank. For non NZ customers they limit withdrawals to $200. So you are going to be paying $3 fee/$200, that is 1.5% fee to BNZ for using their ATM. Walk round the corner to ASB where you can withdraw at least $500 for $3 fee, which is 0.6%. Deceitful customer service also told me the $200 limit was normal for non NZ cards. AVOID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very handy location for a bank. On your right as you walk in to the Mall through the main doors.
The BNZ is a well established bank here in New Zealand and this branch provides very good customer service.
I was in there the other day waiting and a staff member got me a coffee, which was awesome. That was great service.

All the forms are filled with mistakes. Takes forever to get served.
