β β β β β They don't use genuine whipped cream for Vienna coffee. The thing they use instead is full of vegetable oil (you can see those oil droplets swimming on the surface of your coffee) and it only looks like cream (it has almost no flavour). The staff either don't know what it is they're using or don't think it's necessary to disclose that to customers (I asked if Vienna coffee was one made with whipped cream and got a positive answer). The coffee itself tasted good though, so if you aren't after something fancy it's probably safe to go. The cabinet food is very average. When it doesn't look appetising believe your first impression and skip it.

β β β β β Hit or miss overall, with way more misses than hits. Food is okay, the water is great. But what I'm yet to bring up is the coffee; the would-be main attraction for most people to any coffee house/cafe. From everytime I've been here, the coffee was either incredibly weak (for black coffees) or both weak and rancid (for milk coffees). For these reasons, I'm not convinced that risking another visit is worth it when there are numerous consistently better alternatives in the mall.

β β β β β LOVE THIS CAFE!! The coffee is spot on, and when they aren't busy I enjoy a quick chat with staff while I'm waiting for my order. They are genuine when they have a laugh with me which brightens my day. I highly recommend stopping for a coffee here, you won't be disappointed!

β β β β β A big shout-our for the lovely staff members today!!! I was enjoying my lovely coffee when a sweet old lady approached to the area in bit of distress (crying softly). The members of Colosseum Coffee didn't hesitate to approach her and comfort her. Such a beautiful act of love and caring, they talked to her and listened to her. They went beyond the mile.
So yes there's good in our city and community.
Please never stop spreading your love
and care. Amazing staff absolutely lovely.
