Have such good knowledge on everything to do with snowboarding at are always my go to service to figure exactly what I need from my gear! Never had a bad experience and have bought almost everything from these guys.

Both times I feel the staff (can't remember names sorry) had a wealth of knowledge regarding their products and I could tell were both experienced snowboarders and loved there sport. Both online and retail top notch. Wonb't shop anywhere else when it comes to snowboard gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I've come across in a very long time. Extremely rude staff. Buying something was an inconvenience not to mention asking questions about stock. My husband waited for 15mins for help with some shoes and was out right ignored when he asked for assistance. Went a few doors down and spend $1k in a different shop. Will definitely not be bothering to go in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently takes longer than 24 hours to put aside a couple of in-store clothing items for click and collect. Staff are unhelpful and seem more interested to congregate around the counter and chat. Not even bothering to greet customers. A stark contrast to neighboring retail stores. (This has been my experience on more than one occasion)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in for my son to look at board bindings, I know zero about snowboarding! Sophie the sales assistant gave us so much help advice and much more it was incredible , such knowledge and she actually snowboards so it's not just memorising facts/theories or a catalogue! Sophie even proposed to fix the bindings on the board when they arrive! Thanks Boardertown, Sophie is a keeps!
