★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned three times and the third I left my name and number as requested on vm. This was 0815. I never heard back and went to another great practice at 1130. I was finally called at 1645 !!!! Not good enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr McKinnon on 15th March to ask about my nose , he was so helpful not just attending my nose issue he also suggested me so many extra things apart from that.
Althoug i met him first time felt like know him for ages .
This Gentl has Al quality to be a doctor so kind knowledgeable.
Would suggest everyone to register with him and consult him
Would give more than five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't even book an appointment, called up 3 times and each time after pressing 1 for reception, it rang three times and went silent. I kept saying "hello?" But nothing for 3mins, just dead silent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really recommend this place. Dr Mg Gill gave a lot more that I was asking for. I was requesting to have a diet and nutrition advice and she helped me a lot. Dr Bruce McKinnon is also very accurate with his diagnosis, and really helpful. Mention apart is for the receptionists, they have to deal every day with a lot of patients, and at this moment (covid) you can see them working really hard to provide the best attention. Would come back again if I need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Medical Practise and Dr Anne-Thea McGill is just the best in Queenstown. Also have been amazing during covid getting me fully vaccinated and following up for my booster. 10/10.
I feel the reviews below that complain about wait times are unfair as we all have different medical issues and have all at some stage needed longer more urgent care from time to time.
Also the people complain they didn't answer the phone at 8:15am is not surprising since they don't even open until 8:30am, maybe appreciate your health professionals instead of making up complaints for your minor inconvenience.
