★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2 and 3 seater. A beam in the 3 seater broke after 2 months, I contacted via a call and email with photos and after multiple follow ups they replaced it. But they did not replace with a new one it was not in the box and had scuffs on the feet I emailed to say that they did not replace with a new couch and I had assumed it must've been a floor model and asked for a discount again I have been following up with no response. After 12 days of the replacement it broke in the exact same place. I looked underneath to send photos again and found that they had tried to repair a previously broken couch that was likely pre owned as it was damaged on the feet and give it to me. This couch obviously has a known fault yet they continue to sell it and try to deceive customers. This company has shown they have no integrity.
