β β β β β Majority of the staff were Very efficient & polite.
1 European female, maybe lead hand was a we bit off beat on 2 occasions, but I just let it slide.
For that reason I couldn't give it a five (5). ?βΉ

β β β β β Wish I could give no star, because one is too good for them. Im exempt from wearing mask, and did not know I must go the night window. I was already inside getting my dr exemption to show, but they allready raised voices before I could show my letter. The one told me to show it from the door, and I said you cant even see from that distance on a phone. I do not appreciate how this was handled. If you want people like me to go to the night window, no problem, just put a sign up so we know.
This is usually a very friendly lovely place, but the staff on the 1st October just befor 7 am the morning, they must get training how to go about with been kind to people with mask exemptions.
Went into Z afterwards and received the best attitude, thanks Z.

β β β β β The worker didnβt scan my pass and acted like he forgot or didnβt know. He was a young gentleman and to top it off they didnβt call my coffee order and left it sitting there.

β β β β β Place clean and tidy. Toilets clean. Not very busy when I was there . Brought myself large flatwhite yummy me. Ive missed the coffee. Good service.

β β β β β Please clean your toilets! Have mentioned this so many times to the staff and still dirty. Worst BP toilets always try to avoid using them. Everything else is fine but toilets ?

β β β β β They sold me expired chocolate which made people in my family sick then as an "apology" sent out expired coffee vouchers which they then refused to redeem... then refused to respond to my emails. Be VERY CAREFUL about purchasing ANY food here they seem to specialise in expired items.
