★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to get my car washed. It is expected the first step is FOAM Bath. Instead car was sprinkled with just water. So, when brushes began spinning I pulled back and went to the teller to explain this. She was not listening to me. I had to say it over several times. 'It is not working, please have a look.'
The reply was - 'It is working and she see it working'. I asked to rase her face and look through the window, NO reaction. My car was outside wet with water and the car wash was not operating. It took me 10 minutes to get my point over and get money back. Felt been treated like a lyer. 0 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Night staff is seriously a big blunder. Even handing over the BP Fuel card on his hand, he says he will not authorised me to fill fuel.
Is this the customer service you provide to your regular customer?
He was not even known how to talk to customer.
Overall very bad customer service and bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever experienced from a petrol station. Rudest lady ever working there today. Too busy gossiping with other staff, not paying attention to what she is doing. Not realising she is asking me the same question a second time (“save or spend?”). Embarrassing other customers over the loud speaker by telling them to read the signs as though they are stupid. Clearly needs better customer service training.

My 18yr old son experienced racism. He was yelled out infront of everyone for not having a mask on after forgetting one. My son always wears one but in this instance he just didnt have one on him. My son said you just let my pakeha mate in without questioning him without a mask and a few other pakeha not wearing them, so why can't i come in. The lady yelled and embarrassed him saying i dont care what u guna do about it, get out! Hope they dont delete footage as im contacting BP NZ Head office, human rights, Ministry of health and race relations on Monday when they're open. Not JUST an apology said but a written apology needed on top of cultural competencies in place, customer service training and upskilling management skills. Could have offered my son to buy a mask and served him at the window checkout or something. Sons pakeha mate was in shock and tried to awhi my son. Hope others speak out about the behaviors of this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When paying premium prices you'd expect premium customer service. Well not here! Heard a lady yell at a customer for wearing her sweatshirt as a mask and sent her outside. The lady served everyone else before serving this poor lady. Inconsistent rules as there was another lady in front whose face mask wasn't even covering her nose or half her mouth! Teach your staff customer service skills and how to be kind, BP!!
