★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little Cafe in the center of Queensgate Shopping mall.
The food is tasty with a good selection of sweet and savory dishes.
The coffee is a bit strong for my liking but I have half strength and it's fine.
The staff are super friendly and the service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I were there today for a ham and cheese toasted sandwich that we paid 6.80 for. It was definitely not worth it and I absolutely do not recommend this cafe to anyone. The waiting time was 30 minutes as they completely FORGOT about us after we placed our order. There were four people working there, they weren't really doing much and most of their food was just cabinet food so not quite sure why it took so long for them to get to us. Once receiving the ham and cheese toasted sandwich the cheese was barely melted, it was half cold and there was absolutely nothing that pointed at the sandwich being worth 6.80. It tasted bland and you could make a better one for cheaper at home on the sandwich press. My partner and I are NEVER coming back here ever again, lousy service, cold and tasteless food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv started becoming a regular at my local cafe in queensgate the service I get is absolutely amazing. I recently just had surgery and jo made sure If was okay, she said just wave out if I needed anything since I was quite worried with the medication I was on from how strong the pain killers were so she keeped an eye on me and to top it off her coffee was amazing it was the fix I needed thankyou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make good coffee, don’t have very good selection of food for vegetarians. The staff are nice. But if you could add some more vegetarians food would be awesome. But overall thank you for the nice coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick coffee stop at Sierra on level one at Queensgate was exactly what was required during post Christmas sales shopping. Staff was lovely and the espresso was consistently good!
