β β β β β Customer service seriously needs improvement. Lady behind the counter was so unfriendly and unapproachable, no smile whatsoever. I couldn't wait to leave the store. No wonder the shop was empty! I will not be returning

β β β β β "Great selection, decent prices, adequate customer service" - this is what I said a year ago. Since then it has changed. Went in today and the service was TERRIBLE. No bras in my size, no help from staff, and when I went to try something on my partner was asked to leave. AWFUL service, rude staff, NEVER RETURNING.

β β β β β Went into get some nice lingerie for my wedding. The lady working there was unpleasant at best. No greeting, no offer to help, actually walked out of the store while I was browsing. When I managed to get her attention to ask for help, she was dismissive. Said she didnt know/couldn't help cause she was an F and didnt wear those things. Maybe don't work in a lingerie store then? Won't be back.

β β β β β Too materialistic. The whole business is run in a materialistic manner from the source.:(. The design is non-femine. The models pose in non-femine manner, wearing non-femine design. This doesn't give the town, the healthy image in the context of femine female fashion.
If you want, get more femine design, and also hire femine models, to pose in a healthy manner.:).
