★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the staff in the men's department are let's just say.. Lazy and Not bothered.. Got totally ignored by one lady who obviously thought we were not worth her time. Lucky another lady came to help us who did a great job.. We ended up spending a lot of money at another store all because the service was pretty sub standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is with much disappointment that I give Farmers NZ a 1 star review for the following reason. On this occasion I purchased two t-shirts for work that were 15% off however still came to the steep total of $118.95.
When I found the same product much cheaper in the city square I returned my tops within minutes of purchasing. I was shocked to find they would not offer a cash refund, however could only do a store credit.
Staff continued to explain that its management policy not to give cash refunds for any product. This has turned me off shopping here in future and feel every shopper should be aware of this.
