โ โ โ โ โ Got a haircut from them today, not happy with it at all, initially I had asked for short around sides and back, long at the top but still cut short a little as it was too thick. First up the guy gives me a mullet. I ask him to cut that off, he says fade or undercut, I say undercut but the way he does it does not fit with the rest of the hair at all. On top of that he didn't even touch the top of my hair. He took the apron off me and I had to direct him to say can I have my hair shortened and thinned at the top, he does that, now my fringe hair is shorter than the rest of the hair on the top of my head! How the hell am I suppose to style that!? I'm so bloody disappointed and annoyed and I won't be coming back or asking to have it fixed from them.

โ โ โ โ โ Requests how to cut my sons hair were completely ignored. Instead they were shorn like sheep. Both cuts were rushed through in a very untidy manner. Yes, I understand that after weeks of lock down they had to cope with a massive influx of clients, but this is no excuse for a sloppy job. When I returned to request a refund I was discussing the matter with a young gentleman in a calm manner. The barber who did the hair cuts approached telling me I shouldn't' "make a scene" and to "never come back".
I've been in retail myself for 25 years and know how to handle dispute resolution. The way how I was brushed off by the barber is certainly not the way to resolve an issue and fix a strained customer relationship.

โ โ โ โ โ Place is absolutely useless. One side of my hair was barley touched completely uneven. Had to tell him after doing undercut to the top otherwise would have left it. Barber even cut my neck 3 times while using clippers leaving it bleeding then didnโt even dry my hair when finished ask for product or anything just walked to counter to pay. Would not recommend at all haircut was so rushed head was sore afterwards.
