★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhavin was great, he saw me just as he was closing, but prioritised getting me back on the road. My puncture wasn't repairable but he sorted me out with a new tyre, checked the pressure on all other tyres (including the spare) and I was out of there in 15mins. Fantastic service, I'll come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best customer service tire shop I've ever been to. The guy who runs it (Sean) really knows how to deal with customers in a pleasant and professional manner. The store is always running smoothly and efficiently most times I drop by to get an alignment from my impressions. Nice good couch to sit on with magazines & free coffee while you wait to have your car worked on. You'll be in and out of the store as fast as possible with no delays (from my experience). Highly recommend this place if you need your vehicles wheels looked at, I promise you will be looked after well. From one of your loyal customers :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to firestone st lukes just before xmas as I had issues with a wheel nut, the very obliging staff said sure no problem and loosened it, I offered to pay for their help but they said not necessary, I highly recommend these guys not because of the free assistance but because it wasn't a problem.
The only negative is that 2 customers were extremely ignorant and rude and pushed past me to get served first not considering that I was there waiting patiently.
I won't mention what nationality they were.
