★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean rooms with heating and a warm shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice food from the restaurant and good parking nearby for trucks like my btrain. Thanks for a good stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meal left alot to be desired. Lamb shank had no flavour, gravy was not gravy, was like water, so thin and not nice. Carrot just about spun off plate it was that raw trying to cut it. Very disappointed with our local. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was a little bit grungy. There was paint peeling on ceiling tiles, lino in the bathroom was curled up, bedding and curtains dated. The lightbulb in one of the rooms was dead and there was somebody else’s dinner leftovers in the mini fridge.
This hotel would suit a truck driver or single person passing through town just needing a bed for the night. It wasn’t what I was hoping for with two small kids but it worked for overnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff, they were friendly & looked after us. Food was excellent! Chicken & bacon salad was a decent size & filling. Deserts were delish too. Look forward to trying more from the menu! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time staying here and I was sadly disappointed. On arrival we were told that the on site restaurant was not open, the shower was not hot even on the hot setting not to mention no pressure. There was no storage for clothing. The reason we choose this place was it was close to people we where visiting and meals were on site which left us trying to find places to eat which in Wakefield is not easy which means we had to go back into Richmond for a restaurant which after a long day of traveling it is not what you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner was excellent last night! Partner said "best burger I've ever had" thanks to the chef Karl! Top notch service and all round excellent food at our while table. Karl deserves a pay rise. ?
