β β β β β I returned a coffee machine (Brevilles fault!) and dealt with Chantelle. She took the time to register my product with the manufacturer, she has such a sparkling personality and made what could be a negative experience fun. I hope something breaks soon so I can go back! lol

β β β β β Furniture department of Harvey Norman has the worst customer service. A total scam! So fast at taking your money but will not assist or take accountability when things go wrong. The lady manager is so rude, she even told me I got my furniture at a discounted price when I raised my complaint to her coz her team is inefficient. She might have as well have said I don't deserve their time because I only paid over a $2000 instead of $20000. Very discriminating for someone who is obviously an immigrant of this country. I may be old but I am a man with integrity.

Staff helpful- plenty of them too!
If nil stock, can order in so no prob there.
Would look around as can be bit pricey on some items though.

β β β β β Brought John Young Jayde 2 piece lounge suite, and was assured that the quality would be good, it was not! Looks warn out after a year and a half.
I will not be spending any more money with Harvey Norman.
Very disappointed!!!

Bought a bed frame sometime last year and only opened the box now to set it up and it was missing a piece so I messaged the shop on Facebook and in the same minute I got a reply telling me that they will contact me the next day and they did pretty early too and they had the part I was missing sitting at the shop waiting after many months. Very impressed
