★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from a young man. I asked a question about vacuum filters. His response was amazing. While he didn't know the answer he proceeded to work through the manual and when no information was available, he then sought advice from another staff member. Between them they Googled and searched for the correct information. I was really impressed by Mathews and the womens actions, rather than, 'sorry don't know' they gave 110%.

Couldn't supply. The one displayed in the showroom and I to come from Ch-Ch distribution centre tomorrow its now two days later still waiting
It's supposed to be tomorrow
Also he tried to charge me $170 to deliver it eventually delivery was about $80 I'm very disappointed in the whole deal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today with my elderly father. He wasn't sure what razor he wanted. He decided on one, thst appeared to be out of stock. We asked a young man to come and help. He offered to go look out the back, for it, as they were supposed to be in stock. He waited patiently while dad made a decision on another one. Even from behind his mask, we could see his smile. Smiling and patient. GREAT customer service. Finishing transaction, we once again got the eyes thst snowed he was smiling, with a very pleasant goodbye. KADE is a credit to Briscoes. If only more customer service people were like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So..I thought I'd do some online shopping as part of a birthday gift for my partner Saving fuel, time, and some carbon emissions, trying to do the right thing.
However the pan has a dent, and one pillow case already opened really isn't good enough.
We have to turn around, hop in the car drive back, sort the issues out - this defeats the whole thing dosen't it.
Just a note, the box was not damaged in anyway, so it was not damaged or opened in transit.
