Got a robe from here had a rip in it. Also got the skull candy sesh Evo headset and so far had problems , when the battery is at 100% I keep hearing the lady say battery low. I do not recommend this product at all since it's faulty and Pricey

They had all we were shopping for. Staff were helpful and friendly. A big store, combined with Warehouse Stationery. I felt Christmas gear was just a bit too pricey for me, but hey, I'm retired.

Di is sometimes to busy to pay us as customers much attention obviously an important lady but I always feel she's there to help in such a big business it's important to keep finger on alot of pulses Thanks team

Usually whenever we come here it is alg and we usually get whatever we need and all that. But this one time my sister her friend and myself came in cuz my sister needed some new pajamas but my mum was gonna come back later and buy them. So she just tried them on and I took a photo of where we put them (behind an ugly nighty) and sent it to mum so she knew where it was to get it later. Then a staff member came to us and told us that we being irresponsible by taking photos (think this is because me and my sisters friend tried on glasses and took a snap??). Not like we were doing any harm and wasn't like we were being loud either. After we took the photo of where the pajamas were the lady came up to us again and said "you need to leave the store right now otherwise security will have to escort you out". We was kinda confused and started walking out slowly and I found a hat that I liked so I stopped to look at it and it the security people started speed walking toward us. I guess it just depend who you get serving you on the day that you go. I would be rating higher if that didn't happen coz they are usually good. But if an adult was doing the same thing that we were doing I bet she wouldn't have even thought twice about it. I think it's just because we are teenagers. I wasn't disturbed by this though, we just thought it was funny considering we did nothing wrong xoxoxo

Im giving the warehouse Rangiora a 2/5 stars due to the risks of safety in the store. I think ive has 2 or 4 accidents while being in the store. The first innocent was when I was test riding one of the bikes, just to test out the seat and the texture of the handle bars. Well, i fell off and hit my head on the hard cold concrete, the warehouse workers refused me to open a pack of bandages so i was left with the mild concussion. This brought my 5 starts down to 4. The next issue was when my right toe was run over with a fork lift, i had to get a custom made cast for my right toe, due to them being so abnormaly large. The last issue i have with this warehouse is the risks of saftey AGAIN. not to be anti vax or anything (we are all double tracked) i sliced my pinkie on one of the covid scanners located in the store. Now i dont know if all of this is an attack on me or i am just plain unlucky but come on warehouse please help me

The Warehouse Rangiora is a pretty good one, everything is generally in its place and I find it easier to get around than larger warehouses, the staff are helpful and know where to find things that you ask for. 5 stars!

(Edit** issue was with Warehouse Stationary, but they have merged with The Warehouse) Reviewing Rangiora as my local store , but my issue is with Online sales. Ordered several things on line due to Covid issues, including paper, markers, business card holder, tape. All up 11 items. My first warning should have been their use of Aramex (Fastways) as their courier company. Fastways couldn't deliver an item from one side of a city to the other in under 10 days or without loosing something and i was right! After almost two weeks, the packages, four in total, started dwinding in over a week, being dropped off by Courier Post as Aramex couldn't deliver. First box opened which i assumed would have everything due to the huge box size, contained one diary, one marker pen, two rolls of tape and an ink cartridge with a courier ticket attached for completely different person from Wellington and a broken business card holder. None of the broken card holder bits were in the box, so it must have been distributed in a broken condition. Tried to call help line with issues but got a reported wait time of 1.5 hours which i couldnt do as i needed to work. Tried their online chat, which didnt work either as i typed my message and got no reply within 20 min, so i went back to work only to check chat 40 min later to find it had been answered, but as i had not responded back they had shut the conversation off and i would have to start all over again. Gave up on that idea and sent my staff down to Rangiora to return the ink cartridge and replace the broken card holder. The staff at Rangiora took the cartridge back but would not replace the broken holder as it would have to be replaced back through the online system or call center. So now im stuck with a $13 broken business card holder i will need to endure an hour long phone call wait to try and get replaced. Very unprofessional online service full of flawed distribution methods. I won't use their online ordering system again. You are better off going into the store, at least you can check what you are getting is correct and not damaged.
