One of my click and collect orders were processed late at night, and I received a notification the next morning around opening shop hours that my order was ready! Super fast and efficient service, and the staff were professional and helpful. This was all done during our alert level 3 where delays were to be expected, and retailers were under a lot of pressure with online orders ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only staff behind the counter at 5 pm yesterday was terribly rude. While she seemed frustrated and angry, a customer walks in and she yells at him, 'hey mask'. Customer apologized and went back to car to grab a mask, he looked like was there to quickly pick up some stuff. He couldn't find mask and came and asked if he could get one mask from store. She flatly said "no". May be management needs some new customer service training to do. It was really insulting and customers in queue seemed shocked at this incident. She could have been polite.
