★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, I got what I needed after a few staff went hunting around the beauty counter. Can't understand why a skincare pack aimed at Mothers Day gift giving, would be on the lowest shelf or behind the counter on a shelf. An older branch, could do with a revamp. Lots of stock crammed in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in twice in the last 2 weeks and I've noticed there is a staff member in the children's clothing who speaks down to the other staff members and loud enough for customers to hear. Personally I think it's something we don't need to hear. The rest of my experience was fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly and asked if we needed help, the wide range of black pants helped me find what I needed. The changing room floors need to be swept and clothing items were hanging on the hooks from other previous people changing and the changing room doors really were creaking. Overall the experience was perfect. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were so friendly. We never go into this store as we live out of the area, but it stocked the item I wanted (scooter). All the staff throughout the store were so welcoming, helpful and amazingly friendly, beautiful customer service thank you.
