★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post is made on 28 Oct 2019. Till today this train station is under construction but you can still catch train and commute to different suburbs from here.
The good thing about this station is they have staff to help you every time. And they are underground facilities so no issues for traffic in this area by station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central transport hub of Auckland. Has got progressively better over the years with major expansion going on at present to bring it to a useful system. Can experience alot of delays so some work to be done. Still can use a paper ticket system which is a bit outdated... Overall not so bad

There are only three or 4 lines so its not that busy
But everything runs smoothly
