★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The piercer is awesome and great at what she does, I'm in love with the piercings she's given me! Both the piercing area and tattoo parlor are clean and organised. I haven't personally gotten a tattoo here, but the staff are always friendly and their work is amazing and always high quality. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had many piercings done here, all super professional, and I've never had an issue, the piercer is super sweet and friendly, and will always check on you making sure you're not faint and if it hurts or you're anxious you can possibly hold a plush. the tattooist are also very friendly and their work is very good quality and they talk to you with what you want and make sure you're happy with the work. 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great work by Duane - the whole experience was much less painful than expected. Very accommodating with changes in my schedule to fit me in before I left New Plymouth. I would highly recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for a half day tattoo , on arrival was told they didn't check their messages even tho was seen 2 days prior and told they can't do it. So missed out on getting tattoo. The biggest problem was getting nil response , I've had awesome dealings with you guys but this is a let down , especially while making the booking online which said available when in fact it wasn't.
