About Burger Burger, The Mount
At Burger Burger, a love of good food, good people, and good times has always been at the heart of what we do. Launched in 2014, the concept was simple: to serve delicious, honest burgers, sides and drinks using quality ingredients at an affordable price. Our first 50-seat store in Ponsonby was a roaring success and the rest is history.
Our food is ethical, nutritious and delicious – and that is something we will never compromise. We believe in the power of food to bring people together, and as well as offering genuine and slick service, we wanted to be a laid-back meeting place where friends and family can have great chats and bond over a burger. If we can brighten someone’s day by sitting down and having a laugh over something delicious to eat, then we know we are doing our job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just terrible burger for that price. Flat and dead like someone sat on it. Texture was mushy and soggy. Fries came out quick after 10 minutes but the burger came 15 minutes after the fries which completely destroyed the experience. Service was was nice and gave a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe this - I ordered 5 times of the BB chicken takeaways, although every time I wanted it to be mild, 3/5 times I got super hot ones. Forced myself to eat a few pieces only because it's $16 and I didn't want to chuck it in the bin just like that.
I fully understand that during this pandemic times we need to support each other, but I can't with this service level. I hope this bring enough attention to the owner, and hope you all the best. Thank you.

My bf got the vege ‘chicken’ and he really enjoyed it but doesn’t think it was worth $19 as he was still hungry after ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite curious to try the Impossible Meat, that was the main reason to come. The result: excellent taste, really it can be a change maker in the food industry. My kids tried and couldn’t differentiate from the real meat. It was juicy and thick. My boys had their kids menu and loved. My wife ordered a salad with fish and the size was smaller than she thought. About the price, we knew before hand that it would be a bit expensive, but we made our mind. The prices reflect the quality of the food, the ambience and the whole experience. For anyone who complains about the cost, go to a Mc Donalds instead and period. Overall, we enjoyed the meals and will come back soon. Thanks!
