★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like a breath of fresh air compared to mcdonalds up the road. The interior is clean and the food comes out fresh and hot.
I do have a quick question though... how come you don't try and upsell? I've been to almost every bk in the lower north island and never have I been upsold, not even once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery and had to wait 2 hrs but the main issue is short order of food. Typically if I order drivethrough I consistently get short orders such missing chip, burger, nuggets etc. Tonight as I was in isolation and could only ask for delivery, i had to wait 2 hours and then when the food did arrive i was missing a few items worth at least $20. I was not happy with this. I find this is not an isolated incident. Has happened to me every single time on drivethrough that it almost feels it is deliberate. You guys need to look at your processes and think of your customers. This is not good enough, definitely will be spending money elsewhere. Enough is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting forty minutes for a delivery that’s been stuck on “preparing order.” I expect, just like the last time this happened, that the food will be cold when it has arrived. Three attempts to call have proven unsuccessful. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for tonight.

If you close early at 930pm, serve the full menu to 930pm.
Customer service is way below standard. Some of the longer term staff are amazing, this new must have been recruited from a funeral home!!!
Food often cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 8 bucks for this, which I find is more of a joke than the VT Commodore. Tastes OK tho. Not tryna talk smack about the shop, but BK in general is the problem. Staff was cool as tho.
