★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has picked up things are getting expensive in all industries but have to say this I prefer B.K. over macdonald any day of the week. You can actually taste the food ?. Lower Hutt drive through can get very busy at times and inside check out staff seem to be underutilized as an option to order your meals just saying drive through people ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BK Whopper Rebel burger in the High Street Lower Hutt branch was awful!!
The meat pattie looked horrible and stale!! In fact it looked like a piece of sawdust cardboard!!?
However the Fries looked nice and golden, and really yummy and hot!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing to eat the burgers as it was cold, and it wasn't fresh when I got to my destination which was only 10 minutes away. The drinks were flat and no straws. The only good thing about the meal was the chips, it was hot and fresh. A very dissatisfied customer who won't be returning at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have only ever used the drive through, but this will be the last time for our family. We waited 45 minutes in total from getting in the queue, to placing the order and collection.
Extremely slow and should be renamed wait-through to be honest. Service is extremely slow and I would suggest going to McDonalds which will be quick from a drive through perspective. We haven't been inside, so can't rate the service there.
The restaurant is in-between a dealership so it's easy to be missed regarding the entrance. There is enough parking from what I have seen, but once you are in the drive through queue, you are stuck literally till the car ahead of you moves.
Placing the order with the staff, is a wait as well but they are friendly. Not much else to say, it's Burger King ?.
Give this one a skip in my opinion if you are doing drive through.

Clean environment and friendly staff.
I'm double Vacinated plus Booster and actually appreciated that Vaccination Pass was required to eat in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the reviews are correct. This is one of the worst run Burger King franchises. Usually, the order is wrong at the drive thru. No exaggeration, the majority of the time something is missing or you don't get what you ordered. Don't bother trying to ask for any straws/sauce/napkins as the window will be slammed shut before you get the chance.Completely the opposite of the well run one by Wellington airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to burger king in years and I never will again. I bought a creamy mayo cheese burger meal with fries and a drink plus onion rings for $6. The fries and onion rings were nice and hot but the burger was absolutely cold to the touch. So I asked for a replacement burger preferably hot, flame grilled like the advertisements but the second burger was even worse, I can't stand a cold Burger and anyone who makes their own at home would agree. I didn't bother causing too much fuss with the second burger considering it was only $6 but I will never go to burger king lower Hutt ever again. That was absolutely terrible.. twice. The service could've done with some work as well, I felt like they would've caused more of a fuss than I would've been entitled too. So I didn't bother.

They seem to be faster with orders in the drive through, I ordered a burger on its own and ended up waiting for nearly an hour, but I saw 7 cars go through while I was waiting.
Over all the burgers are nice and taste way fresher than most places like McDonalds. Burger King does seem to be under staffed so that may also be the reason orders take so long.
